Recursos
A respiração é a interface

Safety comes first, and it is not a formality
Breath-hold training carries real risk. Never hold your breath in or near water, in a bath, pool or the sea, without trained supervision: shallow-water blackout gives no warning. Never while driving. Stop if you feel dizzy. Mistline shows this notice before anything else on the first launch, and it cannot be skipped: the app does not open until you have read it and ticked the box. The dry-land reminder sits above every hold. Mistline is a training timer for dry static practice, sitting or lying down; it is not medical advice and not dive instruction.
Breathe with the light
The whole app is built around one instrument: a thin glass ring in the mist. The orb inside it fills as you breathe in and empties as you breathe out, and during a hold a single point of light circles the ring exactly once. Soft cues and a light touch mark every phase, so you can follow a table with your eyes half closed.
Tables from your hold, not from a chart
Tell Mistline the hold you can do calmly and every table is built from that number. The CO2 table keeps the hold the same while the rest shrinks; the O2 table keeps the rest the same while the hold grows, always short of your best. No working hold is ever your maximum.
A streak that forgives
Each day you train fills a dew drop. A freeze covers a missed day on its own, you can hold two, and you can earn one a day by choosing to watch an ad. Days trained in all never goes down, even when a streak ends. Nothing in the app rewards holding past three minutes.
Never interrupted
No ad ever appears during or before a session. A banner sits on the Progress and Settings screens, and now and then a full-screen ad appears after you close a finished session.
