Introdução

Mistline: Breath Hold Trainer ("the app", formerly listed as Breathhold) is developed by Grisu Studio. This policy explains exactly what the app stores, what it sends and what it never touches. The app has no accounts, no login and no servers of ours: everything you create stays on your device. The only network traffic comes from the Google AdMob software that shows the ads keeping the app free.

Dados que coletamos

Stored on your device only, never transmitted to us: the sessions you finish (table type, rounds, time held, longest hold, how it felt), the holds you time with the stopwatch, your streak, freezes and the count of days trained, the achievements you earn, and your settings (appearance, language, your comfortable hold, level, box-breathing pattern, sound and haptics, the safety acknowledgement). The age question keeps only an age group (under 13, 13 or over, or not set), never your year of birth. We collect nothing ourselves: there is no analytics, no crash reporting and no server of ours. Google AdMob, which shows the ads, collects the device advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking on iOS), coarse device and app information and how you interact with ads, under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The app never asks for your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.

Como usamos seus dados

Your on-device data is used only to make the app work: to build each table from your comfortable hold, to run the phase timer, to keep your streak, to award achievements, to draw your best-hold line, and to make the share cards you choose to send. It is never uploaded, sold or shared by us. A share card is an image created on your phone and sent only where you send it. AdMob uses its data to show and measure ads; ads are personalised only if you allow it (on iOS through Apple's tracking prompt, in the EEA and UK through Google's consent form), and you can change that at any time in Settings, Privacy and ads.

Privacidade de crianças

Mistline is listed for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. The app asks one neutral, skippable age question and keeps only the age group. If you indicate you are under 13, the app switches to child-directed ad treatment on that device: ads are limited to the general-audience rating, are never personalised, and the tracking prompt is never shown. You can change this in Settings, Privacy and ads.

Segurança dos dados

Because we run no servers and hold no database of our own, there is no copy of your data anywhere for us to lose. Everything the app stores lives in its private storage on your device (a SQLite database and the app's settings store), protected by the operating system's sandboxing and by your device lock. "Delete all my data" in Settings erases your sessions, holds, streak and achievements from the device at once; uninstalling the app removes everything.

Alterações nesta política

We will update this policy whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it, and the "Last Updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Fale com a gente

Questions, corrections or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Mistline privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is held on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by "Delete all my data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app; we hold nothing on our side, and we will say so plainly if you ask.
