About Keel

Keel counts the urges you rode out, and that number only ever grows. When an urge comes, tap the button and a plumb line holds still for five minutes while Bob, a small plumb bob, hangs beside you. When the time is up, "It passed" adds one. If a day went another way, "Log a reset day" is a single tap, with no note, no red and no questions, and your passed count stays exactly where it was. Tag an urge (bored, late, alone, phone) and the Week view shows your own pattern by tag and by hour. Once a week Keel puts together one honest card, urges passed and reset days both, for you to send through your share sheet to one person you trust, or to keep. Quiet check-ins are there if you want them, off by default, and a help row is always on screen. No account, no community, no blocker; everything stays on your device.

Features

Five Minutes, Then +1

Tap when an urge comes and the plumb line holds still for five minutes. When it is over, "It passed" adds one to your count.

A Number That Only Grows

A reset day is one tap, with no note and no red. Your passed count never goes down, whatever the week looked like.

Your Own Pattern

Tag an urge (bored, late, alone, phone) and the Week view shows when and why they tend to come. Yours, never ours.

One Honest Card a Week

Urges passed and reset days, together on one card. Send it to one person you trust through your share sheet, or keep it for yourself.

Quiet Check-ins

An optional evening check-in at the time you pick, never during quiet hours. Off until you turn it on.

Help Always in Reach

A help row on the main screen and in Settings links to free, confidential help lines, including 988 in the US.
