Introdução

Snap Rush is developed by Grisu Studio. This policy is short because the app is simple: it has no accounts, no login, no servers of ours, no analytics and no advertising. It makes no network requests at all. Everything the game remembers is written to your own device and never leaves it.

Dados que coletamos

We collect nothing. Snap Rush writes a single save file to the private storage area the operating system gives the app — the sandboxed Application Support directory on iOS, internal app storage on Android. That file holds your best score and furthest distance, the skins you own and have equipped, coins earned by playing, your settings (music, sound, haptics, screen shake, reduced motion), a daily-streak counter, and the random seed of your last run so you can replay it. It contains no personal information of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any account identifier, and we do not read device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android). There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no advertising SDK in this version, so there is nothing transmitting in the background.

Como usamos seus dados

The save file exists only so the game can continue where you left off — to restore your best score, your unlocked skins and your settings. It is readable only by Snap Rush. Because nothing is transmitted, there is nothing for us to analyse, share or sell, and we genuinely cannot see how you play.

Privacidade de crianças

Snap Rush is rated and listed for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children, but it collects nothing from anyone of any age. There is no account, no messaging, no upload and no advertising. If you tell the app you are under 13 in Settings, it records that answer locally and would use it to restrict any future advertising to the General audiences rating, non-personalised, with no advertising identifier and no tracking prompt.

Segurança dos dados

Because we run no servers and hold no database, there is no copy of your data anywhere for us to lose or for anyone to breach. Your save file is protected by the operating system's own app sandboxing and by whatever device encryption you have enabled. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently, and Settings offers both Delete all my data and Reset progress, either of which clears it without uninstalling.

Alterações nesta política

We will update this policy whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it, and the Last Updated date above will change with it. In particular, if a future version introduces advertising, this policy will be rewritten and republished before that version is released — not after.

Fale com a gente

Questions, corrections, or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Snap Rush privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by uninstalling the app or using Delete all my data in Settings; we hold nothing to delete on our side, and we will say so plainly if you ask.
