Introdução

Pushtally ("the app") is being developed by Grisu Studio and is not yet released. This policy describes how the app is designed to behave; it will be reviewed before the app is published, and the "Last Updated" date will change with it. Pushtally has no accounts, no login and no servers of ours. Your sessions are written to the app's private storage on your device and stay there, and the camera image never leaves the phone. The only data that leaves your phone is what Google's advertising SDK sends in order to serve the ads that keep the app free, and you control whether those ads are personalised.

Abrangência

Esta política de privacidade se aplica apenas ao aplicativo Pushtally.

Dados que coletamos

Camera: when you count in camera mode, the front camera image is analysed on your device by a pose model to detect each rep, and every frame is discarded immediately. No photo, video, body measurement or image-derived data is stored or transmitted, and the app never uses the microphone. Stored on your device only, never transmitted to us: your sessions and sets (reps, time, camera or touch mode), routines, achievements, streak and freezes, and your settings (rest length, camera facing, the daily reminder and its time, theme, language). The answer to the one-time age question is kept as a bracket only, "under 13" or "13 or over", never a date of birth. Collected by Google AdMob, not by us, in order to serve ads: your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) where permitted, IP address, coarse device information such as model and operating system version, and ad interaction data. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos or any health data.

Como usamos seus dados

Camera permission is asked only the first time you tap Count in camera mode, after one short screen of ours with a single Continue button, and never at launch. If you decline, touch mode works the same. Your sessions are used only inside the app: to draw Today, History, your streak and stickers. They are never uploaded, shared or analysed by us, and the app contains no analytics of its own. The daily reminder is off until you turn it on; turning it on asks for notification permission at that moment, and it is a local notification scheduled by your own device, with no push token. Sharing a session card opens your system share sheet with an image you send wherever you choose. Advertising data is used by Google to deliver and measure ads: a banner on the History and Settings screens (never while you are counting), an occasional full-screen ad after you share a session card, and a rewarded ad only when you choose to watch one for an extra streak freeze. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency alert appears shortly after your first session is saved, or when you open Settings, Privacy and ads; never at launch, never on the counting screen and with no screen of ours before it, and no ad is requested until it has been answered. Declining either keeps ads non-personalised rather than removing them, and you can revisit both in Settings under Privacy and ads. Every ad request caps the content rating, and betting, dating and alcohol ads are blocked.

Privacidade de crianças

Pushtally is listed for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children. The app asks one neutral, skippable age question and keeps the answer as a bracket. If you indicate you are under 13, the app switches to child-directed ad treatment on that device: ads are restricted to general audiences, never personalised, no advertising identifier is used, and Apple's tracking alert is never shown. The setting can be changed at any time in Settings under Privacy and ads. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app has no way to: no account, no messaging, no upload.

Segurança dos dados

Because we run no servers and hold no database of our own, there is no copy of your sessions, and never any camera image, for us to lose or be compelled to hand over. Your data lives in the app's private storage on your device, protected by the operating system's sandboxing and your device encryption. "Delete all my data" in Settings erases it at once and switches the reminder off, and uninstalling the app removes it permanently. Camera access can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings. Data handled by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Alterações nesta política

This policy will be reviewed before the app is released and updated whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it; the "Last Updated" date above will change with it. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Fale com a gente

Questions, corrections or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Pushtally privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is held on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by "Delete all my data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app; we hold nothing to delete on our side.

Exclusão de conta e dados
