Introdução

Keel ("the app") is being developed by Grisu Studio and is not yet released. This policy describes how the app is designed to behave; it will be reviewed before the app is published, and the "Last Updated" date will change with it. Keel has no accounts, no login and no servers of ours. Everything you log is written to the app's private storage on your device and stays there. The only data that leaves your phone is what Google's advertising SDK sends in order to serve the ads that keep the app free, and you control whether those ads are personalised.

Dados que coletamos

Stored on your device only, never transmitted to us: each urge (when it started and ended, whether it passed, and an optional tag), your reset days, when each weekly card was shared, your start date, an optional first name for the person you send the card to, and your settings (check-ins and their times, quiet hours, start day, language). The answer to the one-time age question is kept as a bracket only, "under 13" or "13 or over", never a date of birth. Collected by Google AdMob, not by us, in order to serve ads: your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) where permitted, IP address, coarse device information such as model and operating system version, and ad interaction data. Nothing you log is ever passed to the ad SDK. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, photos, microphone or any health data.

Como usamos seus dados

Your entries are used only inside the app: to count, to draw your weekly pattern and to compose the weekly card. They are never uploaded, shared or analysed by us, and the app contains no analytics of its own. The weekly card is an image that opens in your system share sheet; you choose whether to send it and to whom, and we never see it. Check-ins are off until you turn them on; turning them on asks for notification permission at that moment, after one short screen of ours with a single Continue button, and they are local notifications scheduled by your own device, with no push token, never sent during your quiet hours. The help row opens findahelpline.com in your browser or dials the number you tap; the app sends nothing with it. Advertising data is used by Google to deliver and measure ads: a banner on the Week and Settings screens (never on the main screen or during the five minutes) and an occasional full-screen ad after you share a weekly card. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency alert appears after your first passed urge, after your first card share, or when you open Settings, Privacy and ads; never at launch and with no screen of ours before it, and no ad is requested until it has been answered. Declining either keeps ads non-personalised rather than removing them, and you can revisit both in Settings under Privacy and ads. Every ad request caps the content rating, and dating, sexual-content, betting, alcohol, drug, get-rich-quick and weight-loss ads are blocked.

Privacidade de crianças

Keel is rated for adults (18 and over) and is not directed to children. The app asks one neutral, skippable age question and keeps the answer as a bracket. If you indicate you are under 13, the app switches to child-directed ad treatment on that device: ads are restricted to general audiences, never personalised, no advertising identifier is used, and Apple's tracking alert is never shown. The setting can be changed at any time in Settings under Privacy and ads. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app has no way to: no account, no messaging, no upload.

Segurança dos dados

Because we run no servers and hold no database of our own, there is no copy of your urges anywhere for us to lose or be compelled to hand over. Your data lives in the app's private storage on your device, protected by the operating system's sandboxing and your device encryption. "Delete all my data" in Settings erases it at once and cancels every check-in, and uninstalling the app removes it permanently. Data handled by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Alterações nesta política

This policy will be reviewed before the app is released and updated whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it; the "Last Updated" date above will change with it. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Fale com a gente

Questions, corrections or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Keel privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is held on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by "Delete all my data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app; we hold nothing to delete on our side.
