Tilt Trials Privacy Policy

Introduction

Tilt Trials is developed by Grisu Studio. This policy is short because the app is simple: it has no accounts, no login, no servers of ours, no analytics and no advertising. It makes no network requests at all. Everything the game remembers is written to your own device and never leaves it.

Scope

This privacy policy applies solely to the Tilt Trials mobile application.

Data We Collect

We collect nothing. Tilt Trials writes a single save file to the private storage area the operating system gives the app — the sandboxed Application Support directory on iOS, internal app storage on Android. That file holds your course times, stars and ghost replays, the marbles you have unlocked and equipped, coins earned by playing, your settings and a daily-streak counter. It contains no personal information of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or any account identifier, and we do not read device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android). There is no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no advertising SDK in this version, so there is nothing transmitting in the background.

How We Use Your Data

The save file exists only so the game can continue where you left off — to restore your progress, your unlocked items and your settings. It is readable only by Tilt Trials. Because nothing is transmitted, there is nothing for us to analyse, share or sell, and we genuinely cannot see how you play.

Children's Privacy

Tilt Trials is suitable for all ages and collects nothing from anyone, which means it collects nothing from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under 13 or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, and the app has no mechanism that could — there is no account, no messaging, no upload and no advertising.

Data Security

Because we run no servers and hold no database, there is no copy of your data anywhere for us to lose or for anyone to breach. Your save file is protected by the operating system's own app sandboxing and by whatever device encryption you have enabled. Uninstalling the app deletes it permanently, and Settings also offers a reset that clears it without uninstalling.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We will update this policy whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it, and the Last Updated date above will change with it. In particular, if a future version introduces advertising, this policy will be rewritten and republished before that version is released — not after.

Questions, corrections, or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Tilt Trials privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by uninstalling the app or using the reset in Settings; we hold nothing to delete on our side, and we will say so plainly if you ask.
