Introduction

Weekfold ("the app") is being developed by Grisu Studio and is not yet released. This policy describes how the app is designed to behave; it will be reviewed before the app is published, and the "Last Updated" date will change with it. Weekfold has no accounts, no login and no servers of ours. Your birth date and settings are written to the app's private storage on your device and stay there. The only data that leaves your phone is what Google's advertising SDK sends in order to serve the ads that keep the app free, and you control whether those ads are personalised.

Portée

Cette politique de confidentialité s'applique uniquement à l'application Weekfold.

Données que nous collectons

Stored on your device only, never transmitted to us: your birth date, the country you picked, the grid length (your country's average or the number you set), and your settings (the Sunday note and its time, theme, language). The table of country averages ships inside the app and is looked up offline. The answer to the one-time age question is kept as a bracket only, "under 13" or "13 or over". Collected by Google AdMob, not by us, in order to serve ads: your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) where permitted, IP address, coarse device information such as model and operating system version, and ad interaction data. Your birth date is never passed to the ad SDK. The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, camera, photos, microphone or any health data.

Utilisation de vos données

Your birth date and grid length are used only to draw the grid, the decades and the poster on your device. They are never uploaded, shared or analysed by us, and the app contains no analytics of its own. The Sunday note is off until you turn it on; turning it on asks for notification permission at that moment, and it is a local notification scheduled by your own device, with no push token. Sharing a poster opens your system share sheet with an image you send wherever you choose. Advertising data is used by Google to deliver and measure ads: a banner on the Settings screen only (never on the grid, a decade or the poster) and an occasional full-screen ad after you share a poster, never after the first one. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's consent form appears before any ad loads. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency alert appears after your grid first fills, after your first poster share, or when you open Settings, Privacy and ads; never at launch and with no screen of ours before it, and no ad is requested until it has been answered. Declining either keeps ads non-personalised rather than removing them, and you can revisit both in Settings under Privacy and ads. Every ad request caps the content rating, and dating, betting and alcohol ads are blocked.

Protection des mineurs

Weekfold is listed for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children. The app asks one neutral, skippable age question and keeps the answer as a bracket. If you indicate you are under 13, the app switches to child-directed ad treatment on that device: ads are restricted to general audiences, never personalised, no advertising identifier is used, and Apple's tracking alert is never shown. The setting can be changed at any time in Settings under Privacy and ads. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the app has no way to: no account, no messaging, no upload.

Sécurité des données

Because we run no servers and hold no database of our own, there is no copy of your birth date anywhere for us to lose or be compelled to hand over. Your data lives in the app's private storage on your device, protected by the operating system's sandboxing and your device encryption. "Delete all my data" in Settings erases it at once and switches the Sunday note off, and uninstalling the app removes it permanently. Data handled by Google AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Modifications de cette politique

This policy will be reviewed before the app is released and updated whenever the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects it; the "Last Updated" date above will change with it. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Nous contacter

Questions, corrections or a request to delete data: email support@grisu.co with "Weekfold privacy" in the subject. Because all of your data is held on your own device, a deletion request is fulfilled by "Delete all my data" in Settings or by uninstalling the app; we hold nothing to delete on our side.
