BMX Gate Start Account and data deletion
How to delete everything BMX Gate Start holds — and what it holds in the first place.
Does BMX Gate Start have accounts?
No. BMX Gate Start has no sign-up, no login and no user profile. You cannot create an account in the app because the app has no accounts to create, and we operate no server that could hold one. There is therefore no account to delete.
Data stored on your device
Everything BMX Gate Start saves — your records, settings and anything you typed into it — is written to the app's private storage on your own device and never sent to us. You can erase all of it in two ways: use the reset option inside the app's Settings, which clears your saved data while keeping the app installed, or uninstall BMX Gate Start, which permanently deletes the app's entire storage along with it. Both are immediate and neither requires contacting us.
Data we hold about you
None. We run no servers for BMX Gate Start, keep no database of users, and use no analytics or crash-reporting service. There is no copy of your data on our side to delete, retain or hand over, because none was ever created.
Advertising identifiers
BMX Gate Start shows ads from Google AdMob to stay free. Google, not us, may use your device's advertising identifier to serve them. You can reset or delete that identifier at any time from your device settings — on Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads, and on iOS by turning off Allow Apps to Request to Track — and you can change your consent and personalisation choices inside the app under Settings → Privacy and ads. Data held by Google is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Requesting deletion from us
If you would like written confirmation, or you believe we hold something about you, email support@grisu.co with "BMX Gate Start deletion request" in the subject line. We answer every request within 30 days. Because we hold no user data, our answer will normally be a confirmation that there is nothing on our side to delete, and how to clear the copy on your device.
Retention
We retain nothing, so there is no retention period. Data on your device stays there until you clear it or uninstall the app; nothing survives an uninstall.
